Erasmus Staff Exchange
Bielsko-Biala School of Finance and Law invites Academic Staff from European universities having valid Erasmus University Charter, to Program concerning Erasmus Staff exchange (teaching or training). Please follow the information in hot to apply for an exchange with us.
1. Expression of Interest
The first step is to identify the department or staff member you would like to have an exchange with. The relevant office should be informed, and documents including a CV, a biograph and area of expertise sent to the host university.

2. Confirmation
If the department of the host university positively verify sent documents, according to how the visit will fit plan of work and academic timetables, the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator in Bielsko-Biala School of Finance and Law will sign the Erasmus bilateral agreement with you. The bilateral agreement must be signed by both institutions before the exchange commences.
3. Preparation
Check which documents your home university will need to verify your exchange, e.g a mobility agreement, expenses sheets, etc. Stay in touch with the hosting department to develop your teaching programme and travel dates. Notice, usually visiting staff make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. However, the International Office at Bielsko-Biala School of Finance and Law can offer some help/recommendations.
4. Your Visit
Your stay at the Bielsko-Biala School of Finance and Law should be spent in particular on teaching/training in the host department. You should visit the International Office to discuss a specific bilateral agreement and to sign necessary.
5. After the visit
Don’t forget to submit your travel expenses and final reports, required by the home university and Programme, before leaving host university. To extend the cooperation in the future, make further contact with host department and offer their staff to visit you and your home university in return.
