Languages

Language should not be a barrier - that's why we encourage you to learn the language of the country you are going to. It’s the best way to communicate and it makes less problems during your lectures and exams. Communication in the language of the country you are going to will help you immensely extend your skills. Of course you can communicate in English, provided that Host University provides such language tracks for the courses you selected.

To help you with this, we encourage you to special language courses before you go. Language courses provided by the Bielsko-Biala School of Finance and Law refer to the following languages:

• English
• German
• Spanish
• Italian

After course completion exam test is performed. This will allow to check the easiness of communication and preparation for studying abroad. For more information you can ask in Foreign Language Department.

Attention

Erasmus+ offers opportunities to study, train, gain work experience or volunteer abroad and one of its strategic objectives is to strengthen linguistic skills and support language learning. In this case a special platform has been prepared. The Online Linguistic Support (OLS) supports language learning for Erasmus+ mobility participants. Students with Erasmus+ mobility grant must take part in 2 OLS language courses - one before departure and second after coming back, to have their mobility accepted. (read documents: HEI, Students).
