participation in the conference, verifying attendance, settling conference
fees (for paid conferences), printing identification badges, participation

Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of pursuing claims

conference. The consequence of not providing data is the inability to
participate in the conference. Providing data required for issuing a VAT
invoice is a legal requirement for the correct issuance of the invoice. The
consequence of not providing this data is the inability to issue a VAT
invoice.
